Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we hear most about Hajj, Umrah and booking.

General inquiry

Do I pay online?
No. You send a booking request on the website, and our team contacts you to confirm the details and how to pay, at our office or by transfer.
Which documents do I need to book?
A passport valid for at least 6 months, a recent photo on a white background, and a copy of your national ID. Some packages may need more, depending on the rules at the time of travel.
Does the price include flights?
Every package lists exactly what is and is not included. If flights are not included, you will find them under "Not included".
Are prices per person?
Yes. Prices are per person and depend on the room type: quad rooms are the best value, double and single rooms cost more.

Umrah

How long does the Umrah visa take?
Usually 3 to 7 working days after we receive complete documents. Book early, especially for Ramadan and holidays.
Is there a supervisor with the group?
Yes. Every group has a travel supervisor for transport and hotels, and a religious guide to help with the rites.
Can I book Umrah for older or disabled travellers?
Of course. Mention what you need in the notes, such as a wheelchair or a room near the lift, and we will arrange it with the hotel.

Hajj

What is the difference between non-shifting and shifting Hajj?
Non-shifting keeps you in the same Makkah hotel throughout. Shifting puts you in Aziziyah, close to Mina, around the Hajj days, then moves you to a hotel near the Haram. Shifting is usually cheaper.
When does Hajj booking open?
Registration usually opens after the Ministry of Tourism announces the Hajj rules for the season. Contact us and we will tell you as soon as it opens.
